- Attitude – important because without a positive, inclusive, open and good natured attitude, it makes team working difficult and it makes it harder to build trust
- Trust – a delivery team comes together for a short period of time and needs to work together to deliver something awesome. Trust is essential as it is with all professional and personal relationships. If there is none, it won’t work.
- Skills – understanding what skills are needed in what roles and having the right people involved
- Clarity – who is doing what role and what does that role involve. This might vary depending on the needs of each project and the different skills people have.
