Once you’ve created your concepts, it’s time to start honing them. You need to describe how they fit into someone’s life, and how each one might be used.

The scenario should capture the environment where the service will be used – as well as its wider context. Think about where someone is in their user journey, what their experiences have been and what their goals are at this point.

We then use storyboards to describe how someone might interact with the concept in that scenario. Detail the interactions a user would have with the service for every step of your story, or each frame on your storyboard. You can add more detail later, but to start with you just want to outline what the service is, how and when someone is likely to use it, and what the benefits are.
