The Iron Triangle (Time/Cost/Scope) can only be managed by understanding and implementing MVP to the Team throughout delivery. The Scrum Masters role is to have this in mind throughout the delivery stage. MVP realignment may happen during sprint planning meetings where backlog Items that have been added to protect teams time are evaluated, prioritised and estimated. Depending on the estimation of the backlog item may encourage the PO to remove from MVP or to increase Time/budget to allow for this to be included within this iteration. MVP can be key to ensuring further iterations of the project as items are removed from MVP this can begin to build the foundations for the second iteration.
