Look at your user needs and identify key factors and opportunities for change.
Look for questions that you think your design process needs to address and start each one with ‘how might we?’ List all the how might we questions you can find, writing each one on a sticky note.
Look for patterns in your questions and group those with similar topics or themes.
Test your questions. Each how might we question should generate a number of possible answers and will start to inspire ideas for your service design.
Select the best 2-5 questions to address in your workshop. Choose the questions that excite you most and give the best chance of generating good ideas. Avoid questions that you team has preconceived ideas about.
