Every project will have some form of budget – whether a monetary value with a budget code or a total number of days from the ‘pot’. The Scrum Master needs to ensure that at any point in the project the figures add up. This could be by ensuring; timesheets are completed and submitted within Harvest on a weekly basis by project members, that resources are allocated correctly in Forecast to enable a clear understanding of how healthy the project is and highlighting risks of
